What is PLDT Vibe?

PLDT Vibe is a value-added dial-up internet service that is pre-activated to all existing postpaid PLDT landline residential subscribers.
With PLDT Vibe, your postpaid PLDT landline residential phone is "internet ready" and you get sure, fast and reliable dial-up internet service nationwide. Plus, you also get the advantage of having one-bill convenience since all PLDT Vibe internet charges shall be billed to your PLDT landline bill.

How do I use PLDT Vibe?
|

Simply connect your PLDT phone line to a modem and configure your PC or Laptop for the PLDT Vibe service and dial up to 101300.

What are the system requirements for PLDT Vibe?
|
|
All you need to use PLDT Vibe are the following:
hardware and software requirements:
- Pentium 233 Mhz (Pentium II or higher is recommended)
- Windows 95/98 or higher
- 16 MB RAM Memory (64 MB or higher is recommended)
- at least 50 MB hard disk space
- 28.8kbps modem (56kbps is recommended)
- Browser - Internet Explorer 4.01/ higher or Netscape 4/higher
- PLDT postpaid residential telephone line

What is my user name and password?
|

There will be a universal user name and password:
Universal User name: pldt
Universal Password: vibe
|
Do I have to pay for subscription fees? How do I subscribe to the service?
|
|
You do not need to pay for subscription fees or subscribe to the service. As long as you have a post paid PLDT residential landline you can start using PLDT Vibe.
|
How much is my credit limit?
|
|
You have a monthly credit limit of P2,000. Every first day of the month your credit limit will be reset to P2,000.
|
How will I be billed?
|
|
The bill for PLDT Vibe will be included in your monthly PLDT phone bill. There will be a section wherein "Internet Usage" will be indicated.
|
How much do I pay for the PLDT Vibe service?
|
|
You shall be charged on a per-use-basis on PLDT Vibe. Rate is at P0.50 per minute during peak hours and P0.25 per minute during off-peak hours.

When is my billing cut-off date?
|
|
Billing cut-off date will be based on your existing PLDT landline bill cut-off date.
|
How do I check my usage?
|
|
There is an online checking facility available for you. Simply go to PLDT Vibe's homepage (www. pldtvibe.com) and click on the "Check Usage" button to view your usage.

Where can I pay my bills?
|
|
You may settle your bills at PLDT Business offices and at accredited banks nationwide.
|
How many e-mail accounts will I get? What is the size of my mailbox?
|
|
You will be given one e-mail account per telephone line. The mailbox size for each e-mail account is 5 megabytes (MB).
|
What will happen to my e-mail account if it is not used actively?
|
|
If your email account is inactive (no email checked or sent from the account) for a period of two months it shall be deleted from the system.
|
If I am going to leave the country is there a way to prevent my e-mail account from being deleted?
|
|
If you are going out of the country, you can call 171 or e-mail customer service at customercare@pldt.com.ph, we will temporarily suspend your e-mail, to prevent your e-mail account from being deleted. Upon your return just call or e-mail our customer service so that we can reactivate your e-mail account.
