Before creating a dialer, make sure that you have dial-up networking installed in your computer.
1. On the desktop , double click on the "My Computer" icon. When "My Computer" window appears , double click on "Dial-up networking" icon.
2. On the "Dial-up Networking" window double click on the "Make New Connection" icon.
3. Enter "PLDT Vibe" as the name of the computer that you are dialing in and click on "Next" button.
4. Leave the area code field blank . Enter "101300" in the telephone number field and select "Philippines (63)" as the country or region code, then click on "Next" and click on "Finish".
5. You will now see your newly created dialer, which is "PLDT Vibe" on the Network and dial-up Connections window. On the "Network and Dial-up Connections" window, right-click on the dialer icon and select "Properties".
6. Under General Properties, uncheck "Use area code and Dialing Properties", then click on "Server types" tab.
7. Under "Server Types", check only the following : "Enable software compression" under Advanced options and "Enable TCP/IP" under allowed network protocols . Click OK button.
8. Right click on the "PLDT Vibe" dialer icon then select "Create Shortcut".
9. Click on "YES" button to create a Shortcut on the Desktop.
10. You have now successfully created your PLDT Vibe dialer shortcut icon on your desktop.
