PLDT VIBE SUPERSAVER INTERNET LINE

 

 

PROMO MECHANICS

 

  1. This nationwide promotion is open to all new and existing PLDT Residential Landline subscribers who applied during the promo period.

 

  1. Promotion period is from January 1 to February 28, 2006.

 

  1. The PLDT Vibe SuperSaver Internet Line will charge a Monthly Service Fee (MSF) of Eight Hundred Forty Pesos (Php 840.00, VAT Included) for the unlimited dial-up Internet and voice services.

 

For NEW PLDT Postpaid Residential Landline subscribers:

 

a)     Applicants must fill-out and present the Vibe SuperSaver application form or Customer Information Sheet (CIS) to their nearest PLDT Business Office or call 171 for automatic enrollment in the PLDT Vibe SuperSaver Line.  Features are as follow:

·         Unlimited Vibe Dial-up Internet Access

·         Unlimited Voice Local Calling Service

 

b)     Applicants must present the following requirements:

·         Valid photo ID (e.g. TIN, SSS, Driver’s License, Passport)

·         Proof of billing (e.g. Electric bill, Cell phone Bill)

·         Income Documents (e.g. Recent ITR, company pay slip, vehicle registration)

 

c)     An installation fee of ONE THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,000.00) shall be required.

 

d)     A Lock-in period of one (1) year with a pre-termination fee equivalent to three (3) months’ worth MSF shall be applied.

 

For existing NON-PLDT subscribers:

 

a)     Applicants for the PLDT Vibe SuperSaver Line must fill-out and present the application form or CIS to their nearest PLDT Business Office or call 171 for automatic enrollment in the PLDT Vibe SuperSaver Line.  Features are as follow:

·         Unlimited Vibe Dial-up Internet Access

·         Unlimited Voice Local Calling Service

 

b)     Applicants must present the following requirements:

·         Valid photo ID (e.g. TIN, SSS, Driver’s License, Passport)

·         Updated non-PLDT telephone bill (e.g. Digitel, Bayantel, Globelines landline bill)

 

c)     An installation fee of ONE THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,000.00) shall be waived for applicants availing of the PLDT Vibe SuperSaver Line.

 

d)     A Lock-in period of one (1) year with a pre-termination fee equivalent to three (3) months’ worth MSF shall be applied.

 

 

For existing PLDT Residential Landline subscribers:

 

a)     Subscribers must fill-out and present the PLDT Vibe SuperSaver application form or CIS to their nearest PLDT Business Office or call (toll-free no.) 10-10-10 for automatic enrollment in the PLDT Vibe SuperSaver Line.  Features are as follow:

·         Unlimited Vibe Dial-up Internet Access

·         Unlimited Voice Local Calling Service

 

b)     Any existing lock-in period from a previous promo offer will be applied or continued once landline subscription is converted to a PLDT Vibe SuperSaver Line.

 

c)     A processing fee of One Hundred TEN Pesos (Php110.00) will be billed to the subscriber’s account for conversion of a postpaid PLDT Residential landline to the PLDT Vibe SuperSaver Line.

 

 

  1. The PLDT Residential landline subscription is co-terminus with the PLDT Vibe SuperSaver Internet Line subscription.  Once a subscriber requests for a discontinuation of his/her PLDT Vibe SuperSaver Internet Line, the residential landline will automatically be discontinued or cut-off as well.

 

  1. Existing PLDT myDSL and Vibe Plan subscribers are excluded from this promotion.

 

  1. Automatic cut-off every four (4) hours for system maintenance.

 

  1. Roaming and e-mail accounts are excluded.

 

  1. Existing credit and application policies, terms and conditions for PLDT postpaid Residential landline and PLDT Vibe Plans will apply for this promotion.
